The bay is getting there slowly fitted intake pipe today and cold side dv relocation , and down I can hardly hear it dump running a forge 008

I'm still on standard map ATM only 10 psi , when the valve was in standard position it have a lovely dump sound through the filter now it's hardly noticeable , is it purely because of the length if pipe it has to travel through now and will it come back once itsvre mapped at boost is up at 18psi ??

Well because the relocation is further away you won't hear the whoosh sound from inside the car as my m8s passat is like that from factory. But if you got someone to drive your car past you I can assure you you will hear it.

when relocated mine i lost some of the whoooosh from the dv

plus when relocated for some reason forge put the dv the other way run,not really sure why.your bay looking good

What FMIC do you have?

Running an eBay special FMIC Seems to do its work and for the price can't complain, takes a whole longer to route the pipes but I got it on in a day . Looking at buying an intake temp gauge too see what level it's keeping the temps down too ATM .

I keep looking at them to be honest. Just can't justify spending £750 for a Forge kit on a road car. Did you notice any differences? Any more photo's?

No real difference noticed yet but the cars not mapped , although I would say throttle response is better and you can keep giving it the beans with no real heat soak issues
