How dó I get the lists of, so i Can pull a Microphone Cable up to my backmirror?

Not sure what you want to remove. The covers over the side pillars pull off with a little force. The light unit is screwed in with two screws,just remove the cover and to access them. And the panel behind the lights unclips if you prise it off with a flat blade from the rear.

There are a few threads in this section on this, generally to do with retro fitting bluetooth units.
