Newbie Looking For A Superb!

So, I have a Mini Cooper S at the moment, has a few luxuries like Cruise, Climate, Leather, Xenon etc....

It's quick, and corners beautifully.

But it's time to leave the harsh ride, 25 MPG, and fast driving behind and enter a world of acceptable MPG, comfort and luxury.

I believe I've found a car that can give me this and that is the Skoda Superb 1.9TD Elegance.

I can't believe how cheap these things are and the gadgets they come with!

Can anyone give me a full list of gadgets/technology in them?

My budget will be £3000, but the cheaper the better.

How much mileage is too much?

A while ago, a car parked behind mine decided to spontaneously combust, melting my rear bumper and the outsides of the light clusters, plus scorching the hatchback. The light bulbs themselves weren't damaged and still worked, as did my aftermarket reversing sensor system, none of the wires were melted. I got a garage to replace the bumper, hatchback and light plastics, but I'm having a problem with the "faulty light" detector as, whenever I turn on the lights, the bulb symbol on the instrume

Unrelated (hopefully!) to my faulty light problem, in the past few days I think the tone of my exhaust has changed and it sounds deeper. Whilst I was fiddling around with the lights, I gave the exhaust a push and noticed that it was swinging from side to side. Is it supposed to do this?! If not, what might the problem be?

Hi. Just see that my 2023 skoda sportline karoq 19 inch wheels 19 inch. Sagittarius I believe? One of the covers is missing. Unsure if has been missing long and wanted your take on whether it has been stolen or has just fell off due to bad clips or design flaws. See photo of good wheel and the trim removed. First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. I've had my Octavia mk4 for almost a year now and I'm looking for somewhere to get an annual service. For the previous 15 years I had an old vw bora and had been doing a basic yearly service myself, so I'm a bit out of touch with handing the car over to someone else.
