Has anyone got this detail or point in the right direction.?

According to the owners handbook under snow chains page 125 the 165/70 R14 tyres appear to be mounted on 5Jx14 ET35 rims (this being the only acceptable combination to run chains on)

Also keep an eye out for an update (usually once or twice a year) from Skoda Germany, as they produce data on model by model acceptable rim and tyre sizes depending on the engine type. citigo not as yet included as the last update was in November last year.
