Could get cheapp bbs's but just wondering if the tires r too big!? Car not lowered (vrs).

Yes way to big.

If they are bbs lm's, I have 205/40/17 and look perfect, have seen them with 195's as well if you want a stretch look.

Tyres are way to big, I guess the wheels were previously on a Golf / Octavia or Audi A3.

I use 215/40/17. Thats about as big as you can go.

Mine are 205/40/17. Perfect size in my opinion, gives a subtle stretch on the octavia wheels.

It shouldnt catch but will throw your speed and mpg out and look a bit daft

Where can I pick up some BBS LM Reps in 17"? Can't find them anywhere!

search for mesh alloys on ebay they dont list them as lm reps anymore

Yes, the rolling radius is out, thus putting out your speedo, abs etc.

I just got rid of 215/45/17, Looked ok'ish rubbed on the passenger rear inner arch, 225 would be epic

Yes, 205 or 215/40 will be fine.

I still can't find the LM reps in 17". 16" and 18" and 19" only. Baffled about the 17s :S

They're painted in Audi Silver, I'm unsure which silver exactly but seems to be the same used on the R8 and new shape TT
