Featured Replies

Just had a run with a new alfa giulietta, wasn't planning to, but he toed it in to the the roundabout so i had to have a go, then pulled on the outside off him and basically left him, first little race in this car as i normally has the missus and baby onboard,oh and its been mapped to

Can of worms this!

I'd rather the Alfa though, regardless of speed!

Does that include warranty claims, having a loan car every other day and watching its value plummet on a daily basis? lol

Sent from my Galaxy S2 not a Crapple!

The newer alfas are not so bad...I'm a big fan of the 1.4 turbos they have fitted to the MiTo and Guilietta..

Sounds just like my Golf was, only without the good looks and driving fun when it works! ;)

alfa's do nothing for me to be honest, ive always been a jap and german car fan, alfa's are like marmite to me, no offence

Granted Alfas are known for not being the most reliable and not the best build quality. But they have improved, I love the Mito and Guiletta both very good looking cars I think and as mentioned above the 1.4 turbo is a great little unit good power and economy.

If I were to get rid of my Fabia it would be between an Alfa 159 JTD or a BMW 330D to be fair, but probaly the BMW in the newer 06/07 shape with manual box.

Oh dear! You've used the word 'race' so will undoubtedly have the rath of many for this. Also you assume that he was pushing it rather than just letting the mad furby driver get away.

I had a Guiletta as a hire car a while back. Once I' figured out the ESP system (think it was called that) the car came alive, would have beebetter had I been on roads I knew with less traffic but was better than the bog standard Focus or Astra hire car. Didn't like the really poor visibility out the back though.

I had a run with a guiletta when they first came out in my remapped vrs, might aswell have been driving a 1.2 way he pulled away from me.

Not a big alfa fan but dont mind shape of guiletta's
