stutter while accelerating

hi guys, yesterday, i took my octavia 2 for the weekend and drove on the highway between 90km to 120km average speed depending on the traffic, which was around 3 hours away from where i live.

i noticed that if i was on a gear maybe 5th or 6th constantly since i was behind another vehicle and suddenly had to accelerate to overtake, there was a 1 second stutter which i felt, maybe it was the turbo lag, or maybe the tcs, i really cant tell what it was. felt like something was holding the car from moving ahead for a second and after that the turbo did its job

has anyone felt this ? does anyone know what this could be ?
