tyre wear problem

I know this has b een covered how ever im stuck in german and we get ripped of at every opportunity by tyre places,

I had the tracking done last year and changed to the new setting from this web page, about six weeks ago i dropped the suspension 20/25mm iv checked the tyres and the left tyre has abot 1" wear on the inside edge with the other side following the same way.

so

1. is the lowering changed the tyre wear and all i have to do is get the tracking done?

2. do any 1 know the new settings?
