Prob a daft question....... Are all octavia vrs rocker covers the same ?

Looking into getting one so i can have it powder coated

Any info or advice would be appreciated

very hard...must be a surgeon at least...

Is very easy to remove,screws out and that's it!May get sticky so use some force .

Very important...with the new seal you must put some sealant at the edges,otherwise will leak out.

Yep like this!! Notice the tape along all the sealing edges

And all the bolts in the holes to stop the thread filling with the coating

That looks very clean before powder coating

Would mine be the ones without the square bits

If you're not sure,order one by engine code

But all are the same ,again!.Mine has square coils (old type) ,but the seal is round ,because all are the same.

this is the only type gasket ,because all are the same.

And yeah steve mine is the round holes

So there will be no difference with the BAM except i will then have a inlet and rocker off the car

They are both identical fit as mentioned so are both ok. If you want to keep same looking top as yours go for the round hole. The only reason as bam take the bolt down coil packs which will actually fit on the round hole one anyway
