Fault Code 17947, which translates as P1539 Clutch Vacuum Vent Valve Switch Incorrect signal

What does that mean?

I prefered it as 17947...any ideas?

It comes and goes (goes as I clear it).

It means that you should swap cars with someone who has a silver "SDI" as a matter of some urgency.

And actually Stu, mine is doing that flaring aswell, thought it was me being ultra carefull on the clutch and not synching my right foot to the right...but always being confused why revs raise....

The plot thickens :D
