Xenon lights. Why so cheap?

If its the headlights I'll take them.

Pardon the ignorance but are these straight bulb replacements or is there some additional electrical magic needed - mk1 ambiente.

As title says: H4 & H3 bulbs.

These are high output xenon blue halogen bulbs, just to clarify.
