Rooting Android phones

Featured Replies

I have a samsung galaxy ace and keep getting phone memory full messages even though i dont really have that much on it.

I did abit of reading up as ive tried app to sd but didnt help, so i found a root app and run it now its improved speed but i dont have a clue how to use it.

All i really want to do is improve phone memory by making use of sd card

Have you moved apps to the sd card?

Try an app called Sdmove by Bitt Faulk as it moves a great deal of stuff.

Yup, Facebook eats space. Even more if you enable contact sync.

Pop over to XDA Developers and have a look in the forum for your phone and all will be revealed (probably)

Definitely look on XDA. There is a method of partitioning the SD card to use part of it for app installs.
