You can get original sensors off Ebay.de, same colour and everything.

Find out the part number and ebay it.

as for rear bumper, well either scrapyard or new, either way i´m sure it will need painting.

You can use the sensors off the damaged bumper I would have thought? Bumper from a scrapyard or new.

Suggestions - Get rid of wife. Price for new wife can vary considerably depending on model.

Got a photo of the damage? An option could be a plastic weld on the original bumper, and then re-spray.
