Skoda is also offering a new limited edition version of the performance Octavia vRS model. Called the Blackline it comes with £1900 of extras at no cost, including parking sensors, sat nav, DAB radio and leather upholstery. Power comes from a 2.0 TDI diesel with 170PS, coupled to either a six speed manual or a six speed DSG gearbox.

Prices range from £21,260 to £23,495, depending on transmission and body style – both hatchback and estate variants are offered. Additionally, the Blackline qualifies for Skoda’s ‘Pay no VAT’ deal.

Both the SE Connect and the vRS Blackline are available to order now – 500 vRS Blacklines will be made, and 2000 SE Connects are on offer.

Anyone notice the lazy desaturated wheels, and wheel badges?!

The DAB sounds good though :)

Price seems high and it's a shame they're only doing diesels

Ordered mine in White, manual, hatchback, 17 days ago and still the dealer can't tell me where it is/when I will get it!

:wall:

Not their fault though - it's Skoda keeping them in the dark it would seem....
