My CD multichanger has stopped working in my 08 vrs. There is power getting to it as the front of the changer lights up but it will not play or eject discs. The screen says "error"

Any ideas on how to proceed?

I had similar problem. A disc had jammed. Took multiplayer out, top of and disc was jammed. Just moved it a bit and it released. Been fine since. Hope this helps.
