Has anyone had any issues with changing some settings via VCDS on a recently delivered Yeti, I got mine at the end of July and car is a MY13 model.

Had MikeB over tonight to make some changes, he had latest VCDS but got rod file errors whe trying to change some settings namely items that require Adaption 10.

We couldn't get Staging 17 Intsruments Adaption 10 to work and also the Telephone Bong which is 77 Telephone Adaption 10.

We did get the Austraila large speed display to work however which I think has been an issue on some cars.

As you're in Scotland, try contacting Domhnall. He sorted my vcds changes and is very experienced.

Send the scan off to Ross-Tech so they can update the next software.

Not done a MY13 Yeti yet (think I have one to do in a couple of weeks time) but I did have issues doing the 'Australia mod' on a new Superb a few weeks ago (1st car that would not take the coding)

Thanks but I think the issue here is software incompatability due to being a newer model. It was also producing Chassis errors as well as the Rod file error.

OK I did the (Greenline Elegance) MY13 Yeti yesterday and both the staging and the silent telephone connection adaptations were accepted by the car

I didn't attempt the 'Australia' coding as it was not something the owner wanted doing.
