Engine judder when depressing clutch

Featured Replies

Hi,

Some of you may have seen my post from a month or so ago when my vRS was written off :( I have now replaced it with a 2011 A6 2.0 TDI 170 so i presume same as the vRS?

Now comes the strange part, difficult to explain so please bear with me!

The situation was turning right from a main road into a side road, busy road so I had to give it some to ensure I didn't cause a hazard to any oncoming traffic. Revs at around 2500 in 1st gear depressed the clutch after clearing the road and the engine juddered. Almost as if was sticking or not a smooth release.

Has anyone please got any ideas at least when I take it into Audi tomorrow I won’t be fobbed off!

On another note I really miss the vRS!

Thanks,

Chris
