Does anyone have an idea of what BHP this car can handle, before a clutch upgrade is required?

Superchipped my old Leon FR and it was too much for the clutch, just trying to avoid a reoccurence as the uprared Sachs clutch wasn't the smallest of bills.

Not sure what the maximum bhp it can take but I would have thought torque would be more of an issue. As an example tho, mine has near as makes no difference, 200bhp and 340 lb ft of torque which is quite a lot really and when you put that into perspective that it was remapped at about 80,000 miles and has now done 100,000 miles, all on the original clutch, with no clutch slip what-so-ever, speaks volumes.

I personally think the clutch and gearbox would be good for a fair few horses more without any problems.
