It's stupid, I'd prefer the chrome tho but got the black exactly for the price reason lol

What about if you want chrome buy the black ones and if your confident split them and your original headlights and swap the chrome bit?

Being cynical, I'd say it's more expensive so those with proper factory xenons have to pay the extra £90 to get a matching set again if one breaks.
