Folks, after looking at the following link I am about to try this

It says to try the gasket at position 11.

Do I keep the gasket that is already in at position 6 and have an old one at 6 and new one at 11 or do I remove 6 and just have the new one at 11?

Replace 6 with the new one. Cross fingers and hope you don't get a CEL. If you do, enlarge hole to 11-12mm and try again.

mine fitted with no issues or lights

take the pipe that goes to the air box off too, undo the 2 bolts and use the gasket to knock the old one out and slide the new one in

30 mins is generous but it is easy going

Fitted mine in position 6 solved hessitation and no warning lights the only issue was the bolts wanted to cross thread themselves as the flange would not sit flush. I have a spare gasket if you need one.
