Is it HPI clear?

Do an online check to make sure it is HPI clear, not stolen etc.

Check the service history. Should have been serviced every 10k miles or every year which ever is sooner. The one i just brought was serviced every year and had only done 2k miles between some of them. If they are all done by skoda then that is a bonus. Check the cam belt was done by getting them to show you a reciept. If the water pump was done at the same time then this is a bonus as these are know to snap off and let the car overheat.

Looks like the cam belt may be due soon they need changing every four years even if you dont do the miles.

Ask if there are any modifications.
