Leon Cupra R brakes

Featured Replies

Do the above brakes fit a Fabia? And do they fit under the standard wheels? My set of winters.

Yes they do fit mate but they won't fit under standard wheels

They do fit the fabia, but you`ll need minimum 17" wheels with enough offset/spoke clearance to not hit the calliper.

Pretty sure you need 17's and 15mm spacers?

Arse no good for me then, won't fit under standards. Seen a set on that magical shopping site going cheap. Was just an idea to refurb a set over winter and sell on my refurbished 312mm set up. Cheers blokes!

Nope, as I said, combination of spoke design and offset. Those wheels have no spacers as the spokes are a nice shape to avoid contact with the calliper.

You're right, I'm thinking of spiders

How do these compare with the 312mm brakes from the Audi TT/Octavia VRS? Also do you guys know if LCR brakes would fit under 17" octavia spider wheels without the need for wheel spacers?

They're 4pot Brembo's so I suppose that makes them twice as good..... As said above you need 15mm spacers for spiders

Twice? There's only 1 piston on the standard brakes, so 4 times by that logic! (Not sure you'd stop 4 times faster though!)

Pahaha my bad, that's what I meant!
