A few Q's regarding DV and Vac cannister

Featured Replies

Been having another boost issue lately, all was after changing the MAF for a few weeks, suddenly its started sropping again, not by much though, according to my gauge, it peaks then drops back quite quickly, where as before the drop off was slow.

Anyway after a little digging around in the bay I put the OE DV back on, no change, so last night I switched to a forge one, however whilst changing I noticed the DV had a lot of oil around the bottom pipe.

Is this right 20121016_163546.jpg?t=1350481100

The other end doesn't look to healthy either.

Whilst digging I noticed the pipe into the vac cannister wasn't pushed right in so I sorted that too.

What does that pipe connect to and whats it's purpose exactly??

Answers on a postcard please, the usual address
