Thought id start a thread about this guy fitted new rear shocks for me today very quick and much appreicated and wanted to say a big thanks he jas also givrn me lots of advice, help and time the last we while since gettin my furby estate. I have learned alot from sprayin a wing to sensors and wiring guy is a great mate and welth of knowelege couldnt of done the work with out his guidence smart ass comments and brute force also thanks to others on the forum for diffrent parts and advice also cheers and thanks again for making this a great forum

i was going to say the same. I tend to not go on any other forums any more as most are fully of yeh blud wannabes! As Bowders said, its nice to see comments like this. It makes Brisky a nice place to be.

Your welcome mate as always, that was one pig of a job, bottom nuts seized to death. We used a 6 foot bar and heat just to get it to move. Much swearing and bashing of knuckles later and done. One of those shocks was so bad the shaft fell into the shock.

It's a wonder you didn't crash with your driving mate, and I mean that in general, forget the shocks. Haha

No no, you missed a bit, 'i can buiiiiiiiild it, for a couple quid and over a long time cos I'm broke, and I keep having to do others cars too' haha. Love it though, sooner do someone else's car THEN mine.

If im classed amongst the 'nice' folk, im really pleased with that, after all its what I would like to be referred to. Its been hard to lend assistance living where i do, and whilst posting help is very very useful, there is nothing like getting yer tools out to bale someone out of theyre misery. Especially if they cant afford to do a job that NEEDS doing.

Everyone else on here who has helped either myself, or anyone else will know the deep sense of satisfaction that comes from it, and, normally, it comes back around at some point or another. Never count favours though, just wait, it may be returned by someone completely different to those you have helped. This is the meaning of a community.
