Well last week i finaly found myself a decent motor at the right price i am now a owner of a '07 superb tdi 100 in silver

About me in simple terms in 23 from south wales passed my drivign test march this year since then ive been driving a 1974 landrover hybrid with a 200tdi lump boosting 22psi (it likes to make tyre smoke on the road) but decided i needed somethign that does more than 20mpg and suable to be used as a taxi come next march . My father has owned Several VAG group cars from mk1 octy(currently dead with 260k on it parked up waitign to be broken for parts) mk2 octy , superb mk1 and 2 and currently has a sharran auto on near on 250k miles .

So i wanted idealy a octavia but my car popped up in liverpool at teh right price after a phone call and a hpi check that confirmed a cat D back in 2010 and a vosa check on all mot's to confirm 73k miles we drove up o get ti wednesday morning got there haggled abit as te repair job wasnt 100% got it for what i would say was a genuine steal considerign i almost bought a 54 reg one last week with 2x the miles for more ... So all was good untill i hit welshpool in the dark and the car died aka dash lights flashed then nothing effin great got pulled by rozzers within literally 10 seconds! battery dead so did a hot swap from mt dads sharran to the superb and boom alive then 20 miles down the road dead again so did this for near on 100 miles back . so then first thing thursday got it down to local auto electricians where he diagnosed the regulator pack on the alternator and £25 fixed all working so now on the hunt for some 17 or 18" rims and generally just tart it up may get it re mapped to 130 ish bhp to help with economy but im happy got a average of 57mpg down from liverpool driving it decent and its got some poke for when i need it so google trawl for things brought me here so i thiught i would join up i shall take some photograps of her soon

Well startled shopping for bits and bobs . Need some trim for my bumper and and fix a few marks fancy some fog lamps for her Aswell as some wheels
