Mines running fk coilies they seem good for budget coilovers ride is not to harsh and deal with Corning well if you are being enthusiastic

Ensure regularly "moved" and lubed. I had a set of FKs set solid within about 18 months! Was not happy at the time, but I didn't really realise they would go off that quickly!

my silverlines lasted a year. was not impressed.

the subsequent KW's have been vastly better.

How do they compare to the likes of JOM coilovers? Similar or is one much better for £ than the other?

IMO, save up the extra and get KW's or another mid-level option.

£200 coilies don't last well.

JOMs are pretty much the same coilover, same factory... Would save up and get some AP, wietec or KW's as said
