i have a concern or 2. i have ordered some parts from superskoda and on the website it just says accepted and not dispatched. I have mailed them several times and got no reply. i have never had any problems with them before.

It was about a week from ordering until arrival ; perhaps your items are out of stock but that doesn't justify not keeping you in the loop.

Once they took three weeks to arrive, I assume because it was out of stock.

They usually send you an email when your order is dispatched.
