Amundsen + losing radio stations

Hi guys

Before I take back to garage has anyone know how to cure this problem,

With my set of keys the radio keeps all my stations

But when my wife uses her keys her radio stations have all gone,so she stores all her stations again,all fine.

Then I drive the next time with my keys stations reset to mine fine but now when wife uses her keys all her stations have gone again and has to store again.

This all worked fine a month ago but not now

If this makes sense

Any ideas ?
