The price etc & the engine.

Optional AP Racing brakes sounds like a good move.

Many are getting the 48 even more, have you got lead in your shoes ;)

I can confirm that its easily possible to get more than 48 miles per gallon of oil if you are careful ;-)

If i did i would get 12mpg :wonder:

The new generation of 1.4tsis have cylinder deactivtion.....hence the higher mpg

So where is this fabled 1.6 vnt turbo that a few said would replace the 1.4tsi?

I take it that it has the 2013 engine as is in the vRS Fabias being delivered new now.

No idea if the 177bhp engine in my first linked article is a typo or just actually correct,

where it was given before as 178bhp.

Now if I said that I'd be accused of trolling lol

Skoda won't get this until they've got rid of the dreaded 1.4 lol

Battery back in the engine bay...?

Some mod do us a favour and ban this troll (from the Fabia section at least). He's tedious, to put it politely.

He's harmless Brian, not a bad bloke just wasn't allowed to buy a vRS by the ball and chain so now mocks it ;)

Fair enough.

Just couldn't understand why someone who has never owned one, and obviously has no intention of ever owning one, should be so obsessive. Strange.

Lovely car but 20k by the time you add the brake kit, even more if you want any other options is a lot of money.

That's a huge price difference to the Fabia VRS for virtually the same car in my eyes anyway.
