Anyone else having problems?

Been trying all day to place an order for service parts.

Sometimes it works for about 2 minutes then completely stops responding - doesnt even find the home page, it just times out.

Not PC related as i've tried mobile, pc at work & pc at home.

We have had a few reports of it running slow, but not been able to isolate it to one thing.
