I found a 1970's bumper fun book in the garage and that's the origin of this poser.

the answer is of course NO OCTAVIA!

One Octavia has 4 wheels but NO OCTAVIA has 6 wheels!

Obviously Arthur Askey is alive and well!

Mine has 6 wheels, 4 road wheels, a steering wheel, and a spare wheel!

What about the little wheel that on the steering wheel that is used to alter the volume of the stereo?
