Potential Fabia VRS Owner

Hi - new to the site and am on the hunt for a Fabia VRS Mk1. Wanting something from 2003/05 era that has not been thrashed or molested - not an easy combination to find, it would seem. I have had several VAG cars (the last being a Mk4 Golf GTI turbo) but now have an Alfa 147 2.0 litre! Great car, but proving to be very expensive on fuel, tax etc etc. Wanting to get back into VAG fold but don't want to spend a fortune and in all honesty the latest Golf incarnations to me look flabby & dull (unless you can afford GTI's etc).

I have test driven a couple of Fabia VRS's recently and love 'em! But several I have seen have either been thrashed or are way overpriced. So, if anybody is looking to move their on and are relatively local, let me know - I could be interested!!

Hello, I’m Viper from Germany, a few people with more technical infotainment background might know me already from other forums and platforms. I’ve seen a few familiar names already. I myself don’t own a Skoda, but I’m home at VAG in general. However we do have a Skoda within the family. It’s a 2019 Skoda Karoq with the 150hp 2.0 TDI as 4x4. I used a copy of this MSTD_EU_SK_P6230 MU0490 if anyone else needs, the site I think I had it from was mibsolution.one is currently down though. I was wary of the copy I had and passage of time, but it worked fine installed, I just have to clear the fault code ( have odbeleven but pro ran out and doesn't cover the adaption by looks of it) Excuse the state of my interior I don't use the car that much and could use a vaccuum.

Hi, I hit a deer and now need a left side headlight (part no 5E8941015). I have been let down twice by car breakers in the UK who advertise the item on eBay, but then don't have it. I have found the part I need, with this part number, but it is in the Netherlands. Am I safe buying this, or are parts for left hand drive cars different, even though the number is the same?

A while ago, a car parked behind mine decided to spontaneously combust, melting my rear bumper and the outsides of the light clusters, plus scorching the hatchback. The light bulbs themselves weren't damaged and still worked, as did my aftermarket reversing sensor system, none of the wires were melted. I got a garage to replace the bumper, hatchback and light plastics, but I'm having a problem with the "faulty light" detector as, whenever I turn on the lights, the bulb symbol on the instrume
