Featured Replies

Hi all

I have just got my hands on the skoda 1.3 lxi estate.47000 on the clock and at the moment all seems good.would like any tips from fellow skoda owners on the goo and bad points to the said car.gotta fit a new bonnet cable and have noticed water under the passenger side of the cockpit.that could have been due to the wife washing it with the bonnet not fully closed.anyway all tips will be apprechiated.

Many thanks.Paul.

Hi Paul & welcome. I've PM'd you.

Cheers,

Rob. ;)

Don't park the car nose up in wet weather - water can collect in the heater intake, giving you a damp interior, and wet under the dash.

Otherwise welcome to the forum! :)

I loved mine and worked it hard. I miss it and wish I still had it. It did have a few problems though- fuel filters used to get gunked up, and it had a bit of rust.

they are good cars not had any problems with mine only problem i have is water ingress in passanger side foot well just had new window screen but had it sealed only thing you got to worry about is the rust i all ways wash the crap from in side the arces to stop them rusting
