Fitting a Bury Touchscreen

Right so i have a 06 Fabia with the normal Skoda radio in as most do, its got a ipod and nokia phone kit already retro fitted to it. i know how to fit phone kits but ive not actually fitted anything apart from VW phone kits to new cars. I was just wondering if anybody knew if i would be able to just use exisiting adapting cables for the nokia phone kit and use them for the bury kit which i have. i have some photos which im trying to upload but at the moment doesnt seem to want to work! i dont however have any of the nokia one already fitted.

Sorry if I've posted in the wrong part. If it helps the unit I've got to fit is a bury cc9060/rc9060 and the Nokia one is just one of those just the twisty answer thing and put down button lol.

Any help appreciated before i start taking the radio etc out
