I reckon it probably needs a new battery. Does it still have the factory

battery in it? If so it's probably quite tired by now.

There's a 60 amp draw from the steering system so if your battery is low

or worn out it will play up and cause all sorts of warning light gremlins.

If the headlights are on do they dim or flicker when you go lock to lock?

Another classic sign of tired battery.

Put one of these rudeboys on and you should be okay.

Great battery and a significant upgrade over the std unit.

You can check the fluid when you swap em over

Excellent battery seller too, try and find the same item elsewhere

a bit cheaper and they'll price match or drop the carriage fee.

(They did for me) Battery was delivered in excellent packaging and

came very quickly.

Forget it. Mine has done this for 3 years plus. On mine it's a winter thing, it's to do with the battery giving it's all to starting and the glowplugs. The chances of it having anything to do with the fluid is very small. A new battery may help.
