Airbag warning light....found a possible cause

hey all,

When i bought my octy there was an airbag warning light on but the chap said it was booked in to have the fault fixed. Fine I thought......4 hours after handing over the cash it comes on

I just had it plugged into diagnostics and it came up with the following;

Side Airbag Ignighter

Drivers Side

N199

Looking under the seat it appears the loom for the seat has been repaired at some point, could this be the cause?

What is the part called as it appears to be a short piece of loom so might be a fix
