Hi everyone newbie octavia vrs tdi 2007

sidelights have stopped working changed them for new still not working any ideas ?

I have checked the fuses help ?

Prior to getting vRS, I got recommended replacement bulbs for a Passat from Halfords to find they were the wrong wattage and didn't work!

Hence, I would check that the failed bulb is definitely the same spec as the ones that you've bought - also, maybe take out the working bulb from the other side to check if it is the connection?

You are not supposed to touch some bulbs so I always tend to use kitchen towel when handling. I think this applies to main headlight bulbs (halogen) but tend to do this for all.
