I booked the vRS in last week for a coil pack recall check as I've had a misfire at low revs recently. They said it looked like mine hadn't ever had the work done so I took it in this morning. I expected them to check it today and then order the parts. Not only did they actually change the coil pack today, they washed it and also valeted it, no quibble, just a friendly guy on Service and a wholly great experience for me all round. Didn't cost me a penny. Fantastic service and thought you should all know. Now that's how to treat customers!!
