Brake Light Switch - On position!

Featured Replies

It looks as if the brake light switch has broken today... in the on position!

Now I'd have a go at fixing it myself but with work that isn't going to be an option for a few weeks. The stealers quoted £100 fitted, the local independent £30 (don't you love independents).

Is there a quick easy way of disconnecting the brake lights over night so the car still rolls in the morning? I'm never too keen on removing batteries as in the past this has caused a whole heap of trouble (admittedly not on VAG cars).

Thanks

Paul
