Featured Replies

Got some fitted some but my window goes all anti pinch and comes back down when i close it lol any one help knw how to stop it???

much love.

Have you just fitted them? My mates did this when we first fitted them. Just wrote they get to the top, flick the switch again and I think it deactivates the anti pinch so you can put then up manually :)

thats what ive been doin just wunderd if there was a feature to stop it all togeather :) its dont bother me too much as the windows arnt down that much in this weather but stil!! worth an ask!! the power of 1000 brains hahah

Ahh I see, my mates eventually made its own gap and now they go up fine, how long have you have then fitted for?

as said,it'll make its own gap n stop doing it eventually, mine did. . then some scrotes nicked em :-@

I fitted some about a month ago. Just add some more double sided tape to the outside edge of the deflectors then with the window down put your fingers in the Window channel and just force them towards the outside as best you can. After you've done that they should be fine mine were after just applying a bit of force.

How can some one nick em?!? :o must have broken them to get em out front ones are well wedged in! And I fitted mine Thursday!

Has your battery gone flat or low at any time??

As mine does it and from what I believe could be wrong but it resets itself and putting Ll the way down and up does the job but flicking the button also makes it do it

No my battery seems fine :) no problems ill just double flick the switch its not that much of a pain haha

just pulled em out. . they were tight as **** and clipped in and everything but they took all 4 . . all the clips were still in the window things.

Mine did the same when i first fitted them. I had the metal clips in holding them in place, i just put a screw driver on the clip and knocked the screw driver up with my other hand to push all the clips further into the door. Solved my problem.

mine did the same a couple weeks ago when I first fit them, left them for a week, all sorted now

Cushtay! Should be ok soon then! Anyways I do think they look rather tidy and work a treat especially in the cold rainy weather :)

One of the things they claim to do it to prevent the windows steaming up, might be worth a shot for some people.

Am sure iv read somewhere on hear there's a way of reseting the windows high and low limits

Yeah you do it using a procedure with your key in the door. Think it's windows down hold key in lock position until both windows go up once fully shut turn key other way. Although I wouldn't set the windows by the deflectors as it may leave a small gap.

Surly worth a try tho

people onabout tramps nicking them, use glue on them, honestly i've done it with mine :) no scrotes have nicked and they have been on since i bought the car (Y)
