Hi all, bought a 01 Skoda Octava RS for the other half on a whim one night at auction (she wanted a TT but i didnt want to pay TT money). then bought myself a 98 TDi estate for a work hack the next day for £600 with MOt for a 9 months and tax for 6 :love:

RS needs a good cleaning and a service. The white centres of the seats are awful, the carpet smelly after the bulkhead leak and a machine polish.

Olga (estate) is 4 different shades of red, previous owner had a dog and not all the doors lock BUT it does give 60MPG. Treated her to 4 dunlop winter sports last week and the service kit is sitting in the garage waiting for a quite saturday or sunday

Really enjoying the forum, and seems like a good spot
