Exhuast fumes in car

Featured Replies

Skoda Superb 2.0tdi

Hi there,

new to this forum, member of other clubs so its sure to be similar, I had bad exhuast fumes in the car, used Yeti site to diagnose the problem flexi pipe had come apart from the turbo, the gases are drawn into the car close by as this is where the fresh air inlet is for the climate control.

The flexi pipe is held together with a welded spring which breaks letting it come apart and leak.

Only skoda part available @ £600 ish plus the dreaded VAT plus fitting, what an absolute pig of a job.

Now done, its back to the great car its always been.

Any body else had this problem???????
