Can someone advise me when I need to change the cambelt on my Fabia Sport 1.9 Tdi it will be 3 years old next month

As above, it's in the manual, but Skoda stipulate four years even if the mileage isn't reached.

normally 60k miles or 4 years which ever comes first

ignore at your peril, have seen damage a failed belt caused on a old citroen 1.9XUD engine, i took the camshaft out in 4 bits

Thanks Guys I will get it changed within the next 6 months well within the 4 year advisory time limit .
