Forgot tot say that fuses blows up as soon as i turn the ignition key!

The fuse is there to protect the wiring, if the circuit draws too much current the fuse will blow. It seems like you've got a short circuit somewhere, it could be internally in the wiper motor, in the wiring from the fusebox or in the fusebox itself.

You could rule out the motor by disconnecting it and seeing if the fuse blows. The fuseboxes on Felicias are prone to filling up with water when the windscreen leaks, this could cause a short circuit.

Hi, above are good points & I'm wondering if the temperature may be playing a part in your problem. Are the blades sticking/freezing to the screen & perhaps overloading when activated. Only a guess as I'm no expert on the auto electrical side. ;)

It looks like wiper blades were stuck on windscreen from freezing.

When you switched on the wipers, two things might have happened from current overload: a 12 V wire melted and shorted to ground, or the wiper motor 'killed' itself protecting the fuse :)

Disconnect minus battery cable.

Pull out S2 fuse.

Disconnect wiper motor connector.

Use an ohmmeter to trace the short from relay box to wiper switch and to wiper motor connector.

Last thing: check for short circuit on wiper motor.
