Windows frozen from inside?

Was very cold these days -17 the compresor is not coming on in these temps so im having serious problems with condensation , but its strange that when the car is not moving there is no fog in windows everything clear , but then when i drive it over 40km/h there is fog in windows and even ice so i could not open the windows. Is there any isolation problem , is cold getting in from somewhere ?

Do you have climatronic system or manual AC?

4FA - the flap was stucked closed so i send to the dealer and he disconnected the mechanism so the flap will stay open until the weather gets a bit warmer as he said maybe it can not work because of very low temp ( that i don't belive ) there is no fog in the windows anymore (just a little) Thanks liverpool-lad and mbames for the help

The climate control will not operate below 4 degrees celcius. Did they move the flaps manually to non recirculation? I had the same issue so moved the flaps so it uses the pollen filter for air and left it at that

yes they let the flap open as they said so the air will come always from outside so the recirc button will not work anymore temps are better now so the climate is working and everything is ok
