Angelsey race track day

Featured Replies

I'm about to purchase a gift for Christmas for my son (17) just passed test and wondering which vehicle to go for? Porsche, Ferrari , Lamborghini , Aston or Audi r8 which one would you choose and why ?

Check the age restriction as I believe most have an over 25 age limit. Or at least 21.

Some are 17 doesn't mention age restrictions I will email them thanx chris ;)

I went for Lamborghini and Nissan GTR..... The latter is a must IMO!

No age restrictions just must have full driving license, not sure about the Nissan tho ? He might not appreciate it lol , Ferrari ,Lamborghini and Austin Martin I think and it's just 30 miles away, the 5 gear track

Angelsey is a cracking track, but I wouldn't choose any of them, some balsy corners so would want something that you can throw around. How about a Caterham?

How long do you get driving it?

4 laps I think of all cars, no he wants the supa car experience

I did one of these track days a year or so ago, on the track were, Lambo, Aston, Rari, Elise, Subaru Impreza and a Mitsubishi Evo, I drove the Evo and Impreza and I was glad I did because the super cars were limited to 4,000 rpm, the rally cars were not, we just had to do a lap to show our level of competence and then we were let loose, it was great as a driving experience.

If you want super car kudos though go for the super cars.
