Battery light fixed and a moan about my cars previous owner!

Featured Replies

The battery light haven't been working for a while now but I haven't had the time to sort it. Today I finished work early and set about this task. I knew it was the plug by the gearbox. When I looked at it, it had been fiddled with before as it was taped to within a inch of its life. When I cut through it it looked like this. u5unedym.jpg

I know it's a after shot but try and hold a torch and a iPad there at the same time. It's hard, I did try and swore lots and might have a black eye coming from the iPad falling on my face!!!!

But my moan is why only repair one wire? Do all four you massive arse! It saves doing it twice.

Just a cheeky photo while I'm there. y2esyreq.jpg

Before I fixed it when I first started the car everything was slow and dim until I blipped the throttle when it was all normal. Now it's done that has all gone away, power steering feels lighter and no slow fans and dimmed lights.

Good job :) still can't decide on a splitter!

Get one! I know everyone has one but the car looks so much better when it's on.
