New firewall

Featured Replies

After a long time user of Sygate personal firewall, and suffering with system slow downs of late, I have been testing and evaluating some new/different firewalls. I have settled on Netveda, from SafetyNet, here...http://www.netveda.com/consumer/safetynet.htm.

It is very easy to configure, very light on the system and doesnt cause any slow down issues. It is also very secure (as tested against all the recognised firewall testing sites).

Definately a good firewall, and worth a look if your in the need of one.

Oh....and the consumer version is free too.

thanks for that ,Andy

been looking for a new firewall in addition to the router/firewall and this sounds ideal.

Initial impressions good - certainly seems easy to set up ;) thanks for the info
