no boost :/

Weird one, i haven't been using my car really as such over the christmas period, its been out for little runs every other day.

So i went out earlier, drove to a friends. (less than 5 mins away) pulled up at his house. and when going home the car just didn't have no boost or no pull like it normally does. I didn't have the turbo go boom black smoke crap all over the rear of the car so i know it isn't the turbo... if i do put my foot down i can here the turbo whistle slightly, no crunching noises or grinding as if the turbo has gone... I have no black smoke. so i know the intercooler or boost pipes falling/blowing off as i've had this happen before. I'm thinking sticky turbo lines? My car has an egr delete kit on anyways but i really have no idea on this... Any ideas?
