Ive noticed the biro the Post Office used has been bleached by the sun. Is it a problem with the po po or not? What should i do?

Personally I would take it to the P.O and ask them, they may simply replace it?

I would go into the DVLA office and they will deal with it, replacement or re-write it.

Get it direct from dvla next time and it will be printed on.

By the way, it's probably caused by moisture.

I wouldn't worry about it, loads of people's tax discs fade and all that happens is that you're reported to the DVLA who will upon investigated realise that it is taxed. I have never bothered getting it sorted after several of mine have faded over the years.

On the left hand side Skoda Fabia, under that the Reg. No. On the right just the amount of tax £135 if I remember the correct amount.

I believe the 'offence' is failing to display a current tax disc, which is barmy and out of date as an offence as it's all on 'puter now. anyway you are displaying a curent tax disc, so I wouldn't be overly concerned. the serial number is still showing so they can check against that.

Personally I think the traffic warden would have to be a right **** to book you. Hmmmm might want to ring up the DVLA and ask just to be sure!
